Hello everyone, I’m Kristina Sula, a mom of two and a full-time corporate worker. Coming from an Albanian background, where meat plays a central role in our food culture, I decided to start a new path toward more conscious eating. Through this journey, I’ve learned how to enjoy vegetables in a meaningful way and how to incorporate them into our daily meals to nourish our bodies fully.
